California Therapy Solutions is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic run by owner, Lynn Kanda, who in addition to being a licensed Physical Therapist is also a BASI trained Pilates Instructor.  Lynn has over 22 years experience of treating patients and incorporates BASI-based Pilates exercises programs into her therapeutic treatment regimens.

Physical Therapy provides non-surgical treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.  Depending on a patient's diagnosis and condition, treatments can be either corrective or palliative, with the objective of facilitating an individual's maximum possible independence and a speedy return to optimal function.  Pilates instruction may be a covered benefit of your health insurance.
