Bio

Celeste is a Licensed Physical Therapist with over 20 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation techniques. She is also a BASI certified Pilates Instructor having been taught directly by Rael Isacowitz. She practices Pilates-based physical therapy for California Therapy Solutions at their location in the BASI headquarters studio in Costa Mesa. Celeste treats patients ranging from children to seniors applying the BASI Block System and Pilates repertoire in the rehabilitation of these patients.
