Exercise and physical fitness have been a part of Tammi Shore’s life for as long as she can remember. Although she was introduced to Pilates mat work as a teenage dance student, she first made a career in the fitness industry. Only in the Nineties did she decide to return to Pilates, experimenting with different methods until she met Rael and BASI Pilates.

She now works with Rael and continues to be mentored by him to this day. Based in Newport Beach, California, Tammi’s reputation for creative and challenging workouts has made her one of Orange County’s most sought after Pilates teachers for all fitness levels. Even though she specializes in training those in “the business” her client list also includes athletes, housewives, executives, and seniors.

Tammi was the featured Pilates instructor during 2007’s “Pilates Week” at the world- renowned Golden door Spa.
